This general membership agreement between You (Member, User or Advertiser) and supershares.net sets out the terms of your membership.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this membership agreement, supershares.net is unwilling to allow you to become a member.

1.1. Members must log in at least once every 30 day(s) in order to stay active. Inactive members could have their accounts suspended and forfeit any account balance, referrals and advertising credits.

1.2. If your account is closed due inactivity you can contact us and we will activate it.

1.3. You can only have one account per household. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account.

1.4. You should never use any kind of auto-click, auto-surf, ad-alert or similar software. You should never use any 3rd part software to access supershares.net

1.5. Every hack attempt or abusing our system will result to account suspension permanently.

1.5. The owner of the account is the one who has the information about the password and email address of the account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify supershares of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this paragraph.

2.1. There is no limit to the amount of members you can refer.

2.2. You should not refer other people in your household. Only one account per household is allowed.

3.1. When you request payment, it will be processed next day except weekends. If you request payment in Friday, it will be processed in Monday.

3.2. Minimum payout is $0.50

3.3. Once the withdrawal has been processed and payment has been made, we assume no further responsibility and cannot be held responsible for any issue caused by the payment processor companies.

3.4. Some crypto wallets have minimum deposit amount. Make sure you always withdraw the appropriate amount.

3.5. Ensure the payment processor account that you create is with a company which allows payments to your country.

3.7. We strictly make no refunds or reimbursements to account values after payments have been sent successfully. It is your responsibility to fill in your details correctly.

4.1. If you deposit money using any cryptocurrency, make sure you pay exact amount displayed in invoice. Paying lower or higher amount will cause payment failure after blockchain confirmation. In that case you will need to contact us and provide payment details and we will add money manually.

4.2. All chargebacks or reversed transactions made on your payments will lead to an immediate account suspension. all purchased item are not refundable

5.1. The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.

5.2. The website must not contain any frame breakers.

5.3. The website must not contain or promote any viruses.

5.4. The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.

5.5. The website must not have a popup/pop under window.

5.6. The website must not contain any war, "new normal" or vaccine propaganda.

6.1. We are not responsible for any damage or losses caused to the User related to hacking of his account and a theft of funds from his account. There is numerous methods how to protect your account.

6.2. When you promote SuperShares you should never make false promises or false representing.

6.3. You are not an employee of SuperShares and you are not an independent contractor for SuperShares

6.4. SuperShares upfront reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, with or without caution.

6.5. We are using 3rd part payment gateways like Payeer and Perfect Money. Your deposited money we will hold there, we are not touching money in revenue share pot. In case of failure or closure of 3rd part payment gateways we are not taking any responsibility. Revenue shares purchased by these payment processors will be removed.

6.6. SuperShares is copyright . You are prohibited from distributing, reselling, recoding, modifying or copying SuperShares at all times. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services are and will remain the exclusive property of SuperShares and its licensors. The Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Nothing in the Terms gives you a right to use the SuperShares name or any of the SuperShares trademarks, logos, domain names, and other distinctive brand features.
